Spicy Sweet Sticky Salmon Poke Bowl

All the S’s!!! Super quick, Super Easy, Super Tasty, Super Healthy

My version of a Salmon Poke Bowl

Healthy and protein packed. you can choose whatever veg you want to layer with your Protein and the Spicy, Sweet Sticky glaze is so so good! Don’t forget to drizzle it all over your Poke Bowl

What you going to put into your Poke Bowl – Let me know


  • 2 x Salmon Fillets (Skin removed)
  • Spray Oil – I used Chosen Avocado Oil Spray
  • I used the following to make up my Poke Bowl
    • Brown Basmati Rice
    • Avocado
    • Cucumber
    • Radish
    • Beetroot
    • Yellow Pepper
    • Baby Plum tomatoes
    • Red onion
    • Cos Lettuce
    • Also great if you have Edamame and fresh chopped Mango too (I didn’t have any today when I shot my vid ☹)
  • For Garnish
    • Fresh Chopped Coriander
    • Good Sprinkle of Sesame seeds
    • Sliced Red Chilli

For the Spicy Sweet Sticky Glaze

  • 4 Tbsps Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbsps Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 Tbsps Honey
  • ½ Tsp of Garlic Powder


  • Sprinkle of the following:
    • Garam Masala (we use Maniben’s Family Garam Masala)
    • Red Chilli powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Garlic Powder


  1. Pat dry your Salmon with a Kitchen towel and remove the skin. Slice into even sized cubes
  2. Marinate you cube salmon with a sprinkle of the Spices and spray with Oil and into the Air Fryer for 8-10 mins on 190 degrees
  3. While the Salmon is in the Air fryer make your Spicy, Sweet, Sticky Glaze and mix in a small bowl and slice, chop up all your veg and make rice of your choice.
  4. Heat the Spicy Sweet Stick Glaze in a frying pan and let it bubble and reduce slightly and then add your cooked Salmon bites from the air fryer and ensure all covered
  5. Now time to get creative and design your Poke Bowl. Don’t forget to garnish with your chopped coriander, red chilli slices and sesame seeds. You will have enough glaze to drizzle over your salmon and your rice and veg.
