✨ Chai Spiced Protein Power Pancakes ✨ Super healthy, sugar-free, & packed with protein 💪🏽
Naturally sweet and infused with my mum’s homemade chai masala
Made with: banana, oats, egg, Greek yoghurt – comforting & nourishing! Perfect for post-workout, lazy mornings or guilt-free cravings
🥣 Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 60g oats
- 40g Greek yoghurt
- 1–2 tsp homemade chai masala (or store-bought)
- Coconut oil (for cooking)
Toppings:
- Greek yoghurt, honey 🍯, blueberries
👨🏽🍳 How to:
- Mash bananas → add egg, vanilla, oats, yoghurt, chai masala → mix.
- Cook small rounds in coconut oil on medium heat. Flip once set.
- Top & serve warm!
