Spiced Up Tuna Fishcake Recipe

This Spiced Up Tuna fishcakes are so quick, easy, tasty and healthy.

You can add different things into the fishcakes if you want like peppers, spring onion instead of red onion and also a teaspoon of tamarind paste too.

This makes 4 nice sized fishcakes which you can have as a starter or put into a burger bun with some nice slaw.

  • Red Chilli – finely diced
  • Handful of chopped fresh coriander

  Other Stuff

  • Oil for shallow frying your fishcakes (I used Avocado oil)
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Large saucepan
  • A nice dip of your choice – Goes nicely with a simple Yoghurt Raita

  Instructions

  1. Mix your tuna, spices and your chopped up stuff  into a large bowl with the flour and beaten egg. Mix really well with your hands !! and then separate into 4 equal balls.
