         Spiced Up Roasted Cauliflower

SpicedUp Roasted Cauliflower – The best way to eat cauliflower, it transforms it into something edible!

Great for the Veggies & Vegans in the family too!

Never been a big fan of cauliflower myself tbh! But since I discovered you can get it Spiced Up  and roast it, we eat it so much more.

Great as a starter, as part of a mezze or as a side dish with your Sunday Roast


  • 1 Fresh Cauliflower (Cut up into chunks)

For the Marinade/Paste:

  • Few Glugs of Olive Oil (or try Avocado Oil as I did in my video)
  • Juice squeezed from half a Lemon
  • Good Sprinkling of Salt & Pepper
  • ½ – 1 Tsp Chilli powder or Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala (Check out our home made, authentic Garam masala here –
  • 1 Tsp Ground Coriander & Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Tumeric

Other Stuff

  • A Big Handful of Chopped Fresh Coriander for Garnish
  • Big Bowl to mix it all up
  • Roasting tray
  • An Oven!


  1. Cut up your Cauliflower into chunks
  2. Make your Marinade in a large Bowl and mix and cover all of your Cauliflower chunks
  3. Lay out on your Roasting Tray and Chuck in a pre-heated oven @ 180 – 200 degrees for 25-30mins and turn half way through.
  4. Garnish with the Fresh Chopped Coriander and Serve with a dip of your choice. We love it drizzled in Chilli Oil and Yoghurt and another squeeze of lemon with a Dip of chilli mayo or even fresh Humous.
