Prawn Donuts
My Spiced Up twist on South East Asian street food you may have seen when in Thailand or Singapore.
Simple, quick and so tasty. Also lots of fun to make and good way to impress friends when over for dinner and have these as a little (or BIG) starter.
Up to you how big or small you want your donuts…I tend to GO LAAARGE! But could always make mini ones as canapes
As always you can freestyle with the spices you use to find your right combo.
