Stuffed mini naans made with 2-ingredient Quick & Easy Naan dough, packed with flavour, and perfect for dunking!
Naan Dough Ingredients
π₯ 200g Self-Raising Flour
π₯ 170g Greek Yoghurt
π₯ Pinch of Salt
1οΈ – Mix into a dough, cover & rest for 30 mins
2οΈ – Divide into 4 balls, flatten by hand into 10-12cm circles.
3οΈ – Fill with your choice of stuffing (I had some homemade leftover Chicken Tikka, coriander chutney & mozzarella).
4οΈ – Fold, pinch, press down & flatten, then cook in a dry pan for approx. 5 mins per side. Until Golden and crispy
5οΈ – Brush with melted butter & chopped coriander & serve HOT!
